Two element power diode block with radiator RY.
Properties:
• Two element power diode block with both side cooling– RY
• Natural cooling

Typical applications:
• rectifiers,
• power supplies

Power block selection:
• There are different semiconductors used, depending on the load. Used semiconductor size is given in the Table 1.

Operation conditions:
One element power blocks are used in power electronic systems.
• Ambient air temperature-100 C do +400 C;
• Atmospheric pressure  860hPa - 1060hPa
• Humidity less then 80% @ temperature400 C
• Cooling air without aggressive factors.
