Manufacturer: Limitless Shielding

Conductive and EMI/EMC shielding fabrics

Highly conductive metallized textiles consist of a base material—mainly polyester—coated with a conductive finish. These fabrics offer outstanding conductivity and EMI shielding effectiveness. Standard products include Static Clean, Gallileo, and Pongè, with post-metallization weights ranging from 60 to 150 g/m². Pure nickel content varies from 12 to 35 g/m² of metal.

ADVANTAGES

  • High corrosion resistance due to absence of copper
  • Stable surface resistivity values
  • Durable conductivity under repeated mechanical or abrasive stress and repeated flexing
  • Excellent shielding from low-frequency magnetic fields up to 18 GHz
  • Good tensile and tear strength; also available on carbon fiber, Nomex, Kevlar, and polyamide substrates
  • Tested for electromagnetic shielding and flex durability according to precise standards

CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FABRICS

  • Copper fabrics
  • Copper-nickel fabrics
  • Silver fabrics
  • Flame-retardant fabrics
