How do induction devices transform production processes?
Induction heating has been gaining popularity for years as a technology that allows materials to be heated faster, more precisely, and more energy-efficiently than traditional methods. Induction devices do not require an open flame, contact with a heating element, or complex gas installations — all that is needed is a generator, a coil (inductor), and a stable electrical power supply. As a result, the process is cleaner, safer, and, above all, fully controllable. It is no surprise that induction heating enables repeatability and a high level of precision in production processes, testing, and heat treatment.
Induction heating technology – how do induction and the magnetic field work?
The heart of every system is a generator that converts electrical energy into a magnetic field with a specific operating frequency. This field induces eddy currents in ferromagnetic or electrically conductive materials, causing rapid and uniform heating. It is enough for the component to be placed near the inductor — both small rods and large elements made of steel, stainless steel, or aluminum can be heated.
Thanks to the absence of an open flame and minimal energy loss, the process is extremely efficient, economical, and ensures high energy efficiency. Compared to traditional methods, it allows for significant electrical energy savings and minimizes heat losses.
What induction devices does DACPOL SERVICE offer?
Our offer includes complete induction heating systems that can be designed and tailored to any industrial application:
Induction generators
They generate a magnetic field with the appropriate power and frequency. This is the foundation of every induction heater — from small laboratory units to high-power devices used in metallurgy and production departments.
Induction heaters and preheaters
These are responsible for the direct induction heating of the workpiece. We offer both compact preheaters and advanced heaters with a control module, operator interface, and temperature control system. Each heater can be equipped with a dedicated head, inductor, and cooling system.
Devices for installation and integration
We can design and integrate an induction heating system into a production line, robotic station, or special-purpose machine — ensuring a fully automated and uniform process.
Service and modernization
DACPOL SERVICE provides servicing, repairs, generator refurbishment, component replacement, and modernization of older systems. Thanks to an extensive spare parts inventory, we are able to restore full functionality even to devices from rare manufacturers.
Practical applications of induction heating
Induction is an extremely versatile technology that performs well in many industrial applications.
Hardening and induction hardening
Precise, localized heating of selected areas of a workpiece while maintaining control over the heating depth. Automation and process repeatability are major advantages over conventional furnaces.
Brazing and welding
Induction heating enables brazing of steel, copper, and aluminum, as well as joining components without overheating the surface. The process is fast and exceptionally clean.
Heating and preheating in production
Uniform heating of molds, tools, bushings, test components, and even metal melting. Thanks to its precision, it is possible to melt very small volumes as well as larger castings.
Melting and remelting of metals
Induction allows efficient melting of aluminum and other non-ferrous metals while maintaining stable temperature and full process control.
Laboratory testing and material research
The technology enables precise generation of constant or pulsed temperatures with high power stability.
Why choose DACPOL SERVICE?
DACPOL SERVICE is not only an equipment supplier, but also a technological partner that helps to:
- select an induction system tailored to specific processes,
- design the inductor, control interface, and system integration,
- optimize parameters and minimize energy consumption,
- provide service and long-term technical support,
- implement solutions that increase precision, efficiency, and safety.
Our solutions are designed to meet the requirements of modern industry — both in small workshops and large production lines. Thanks to our experience in metal processing, automation, and induction systems, we can deliver devices tailored to specific processes, materials, and operating conditions.
