High frequency measuring bacon ISM series

ISM measure shunts allow a precise peak value as well as shape of the fast current impulses. They have wide bandwidth, short rise tiem, and high resistance precision.  Below they upper frequency  limit (-3dB) they act like a typical DC resistors. Because of their dual concentric construction they are not susceptible for EMC noises.

Max RMS value depends on heat distortion, and max peak curret value depends on  ∫ I ² (t) dt. i.

Based on individual customer requirements, it is possible to develop special versions of ISM shunts.
