Trackalpha

The Track Alpha series is a surface mount machine lamp constructed from a rugged, high heat dissipation aluminum housing, resistant to vibration, and can be installed and safely used in the most demanding machine environments. The Track Alpha luminaires are even the optimal flexible solution for retrofitting old machines by combining the 2 3/4 ”diameter housing, M12 connector and universal mounting brackets. The Track Alpha luminaires are certified to the IP67 degree of protection and are suitable for humid environments with oils, coolants, greases and dust. The 3/16 ″ toughened safety front glass is impurity resistant to IK07 impacts and cools to the touch on a bright surface to avoid seizure of the coolant on the glass, causing it to become bronzed. This machine lamp produces an intense light output of up to 6,500 lumens thanks to highly efficient new LED plates designed with the most advanced electronic technology. Redesigned reflectors in combination with an anti-glare diffuser provide even illumination and diffused light distribution over wide areas inside giant machines. The Track Alpha surface mount series offers five standard lengths and many custom size preferences thanks to a modular aluminum housing design and optimized PCBs. Traditional 10-foot cable or M12 connector provide a safe, quick and easy electrical connection up to 24 V DC or 110 V AC without an additional power supply. Track Alpha luminaires are surface mount lamps that are the answer as machine lighting for complex CNC machines, manufacturing and automation applications. Two standard mounting options are available: rear clamps or side mounting brackets, which provide secure mounting and flexible installation of the luminaires on retrofitted old machines. Therefore, they enable precise adjustment of the light direction up to 95 ° in relation to the working area.

The secret of this lamp is its full flexibility. With 7 versions and 6 different lengths, the TRACK ALPHA is suitable for endless applications. We have designed this series so that it can be connected directly to 24Vdc, 110Vac or 230Vac without any external components. In addition, its dimensions and power can quickly and easily replace traditional fluorescent lamps and optimize additional equipment. TRACK ALPHA was not developed as an accessory, but as a full-fledged addition to his machine.

MOUNTING BRACKETS

ALPHA.FX02

Tough, versatile and vibration resistant, this is a 90 ° angle adjustable bracket. Made of chrome plated stainless steel, it is the ideal solution when you need to adjust the direction of the flow beam in high vibration applications.

ALPHA.CLIP

Strong, flexible and vibration resistant, it is a 30 ° angle adjustable bracket. Made of anodized aluminum, it is the perfect solution when you need to modernize outdated machine tools and machining centers.

Strong magnetic shield made of neodymium and high grip. Use together with ALPHA.FX02 brackets when you need to frequently move the light in different positions. Suitable for use in high vibration applications.

POWER CABLES

The TRACK ALPHA series can be supplied with pre-assembled PUR interconnecting cables with M12 connector socket (straight or 90 °) in various lengths from 5 to 33 feet, and custom M12 connector sockets and plugs are available for particularly simple integration.
