The 3PS connector meets the requirements of the EN 60309-1 standard for safety, insulation, temperature resistance, impact resistance, and cable pull resistance. Moreover, due to the special contact technology and materials used, the 3PS connector can be used as a SWITCHED SOCKET (AC23), in accordance with the EN60947-3 standard.

There are 24 possibilities for setting the insert for the socket and pin. 14 of them are recommended in national standards. Voltage and frequency are specified. Socket and pin match each other only when they are in the same configuration.

- 3PS125 - polyamide casing, neoprene cable gland
- 3PS200 - aluminum casing.

- socket and pin connected: IP66. Temperature range: -40°C to 100°C
Contacts:
3PS connectors are equipped with silver alloy contacts and are used for low voltages. They are characterized by high resistance to electric arc and excellent switching behavior. The sockets are fitted with plunger contacts in two parts. The contact (CuBe2) is self-cleaning and guarantees excellent conductivity. The contact crimps ensure a continuous connection to the cable thanks to flexible sleeves, which are limited by rings. This design is vibration-resistant. All conductive parts are silver-plated to protect against corrosion.
