The DACPOL offer includes single- and three-phase bridge rectifiers manufactured as:
- integrated circuits in surface-mounted and through-hole packages for printed circuit boards,
- in electrically insulated module housings,
- built from discrete components for higher currents with natural and forced air cooling, as well as water cooling.
Types of bridge rectifiers offered by DACPOL
- Surface-mount bridge rectifiers are manufactured as single-phase and have rated load currents from 0.5A to 1A. The repetitive peak reverse voltage of the diodes in the standard version ranges from 40V to 1000V. They are produced in typical SO and SO-DIL packages.
- Through-hole bridge rectifiers are manufactured as single- and three-phase with current capacities from 1A to 35A and repetitive peak reverse voltages of the diodes from 40V to 1600V. They are produced in packages DIL, 15.1x15.1x5; 15.2x15.2x6.3; 19x19x6.8; 19x4.4x10; Φ8.5x5.1; 32x5.6x17; 20.8x3.3x18; 23.5x19.3x5.7. They do not require cooling.
- Bridge rectifiers in housings of 28.6x28.6x7.3; 28.6x28.6x10 have connector terminals adapted to load currents from 10A to 35A. For these loads, mounting the bridge rectifiers on a suitably sized heatsink is necessary. Single-phase bridges are also manufactured in versions with fast diodes for load currents of 1A and repetitive reverse voltages from 40V to 800V in SO-DIL and DIL packages.
- Three-phase bridges manufactured in through-hole mounting packages of type 40x20x10 have rated currents in the range of 6A to 35A and repetitive peak reverse voltages of the diodes from 50V to 1600V. Bridges in package type 28.5x28.5x10 with connector terminals have the same electrical parameters and are adapted for mounting on a heatsink.
- Bridge rectifiers in electrically insulated module housings are produced as single- and three-phase non-controlled, half-controlled, and fully controlled types. Depending on the housing type, the electrical parameters of the bridges vary. Single-phase bridges in MT-1 housings have rated currents ranging from 25A to 40A and reverse voltages of the diodes from 400V to 1200V, while in D-63 housings, currents range from 25A to 35A and voltages from 50V to 1600V. Three-phase bridges manufactured in INT-A-Pak housings have currents ranging from 55A to 110A and voltages from 800V to 1600V. All the above bridge housings are adapted for mounting on air-cooled heatsinks.
- Bridge rectifiers with press-fit diodes into aluminum plates are built for currents from 200A to 700A and voltages from 100V to 800V, mainly intended for welding electrical systems.
- Single- and three-phase bridge rectifiers, used in high-current applications and where significant overloads occur, are made from discrete components in disc housings. The construction of the bridge rectifiers is adapted to forced air or water cooling. High-current bridge constructions are made to individual customer orders according to their requirements.
Thus, DACPOL's offer includes a wide range of single- and three-phase rectifier bridges for various types of mounting – surface, through-hole, and module enclosures. The products feature a wide range of nominal currents from 0.5A to 700A and reverse voltages from 40V to 1600V. The offer includes both standard versions and fast diode versions, as well as rectifiers requiring radiator cooling or designed to operate without it.
