Connecting these devices to modern PCs requires a simple and stable converting solution. 232USB9M is such a solution, offered in a small case and powered from the USB port. Simply connect the converter to an available USB port of the computer or USB hub and install the drivers provided on the CD-ROM.
Model 232CDY combines all 25 data lines. 232CDY can be used as a link for RS232 port transmission or, when connected to a PC port, can operate in continuous or intermittent monitoring mode.
